  • Do you make your Agents Attend Company Meetings?

Do you put on Company meetings and insist your agents attend?

or are you at an office that requires you to attend company meetings?

    What do you discuss?

A friend of mine works at a local franchise and she told me that she has to attend company meetings and mls meetings to be eligible to receive floor time, or to be in the pool of Agents to hold Open Houses for the offices listing agents.

Re: Do you make your Agents Attend Company Meetings?

Okay so I am late to reply but now that I am actually acting as an office manager, I will jump in .

I think that new agents, and those whose production is below the curve, should WANT to attend meetings. However this means that the meetings should be really upbeat and also focused and short. Over the years, I have sat through way too many boring office meetings. That is awful. Would I make agents attend? No.

I agree. And given that there is so much training available online, a motivated agent will pursue info and training. I have been in the business so long that at company meeting we used to update our listings from the MLS book!

We have weekly and monthly meetings and everyone is there which is kept compulsory for all the agents, this makes clarity on the achievements, targets and future goals as well. So far our company is doing good and credit goes to our head of Sales and Leasing department who carried this rule out.
