  • Recruiting Talented Agents- Do any of you have good strategies?

Do any of you have good recruiting strategies? I know that all of the recruiters are competing over the top agents. With the Prudential business model, I can help agents who are just doing okay to have more business. What's your best idea for attracting attention from agents who may be considering a change?

Assistants are like partners. They should be capable of understanding why and how tasks fill a need that will help meet overall goals for the business. That type of personality is easier to train. Remember training is best done with the knowledge that one day that trainee could become a partner or peer. That is making it personal to them; and when you'll get the best they have to give.

Here are some tips to find good real estate agents:-

      Talk with recent clients
      Look up the licensing
Select an agent with the right credentials
Research how long the agent has been in business
      Look at their current listings.
Ask about other houses for sale nearby
