  • Giving Notice: Can a Landlord Require 60 Days Notice for a Tenant to End a Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California

Is is legal for a landlord to require (in the language of the agreement) that the tenant must give 60 days notice if they intend to move out (rather than the usual 30 days)? Or would such a clause be ruled unenforceable?
